• MAP Program

  The Member Assistance Program (MAP) provides you, and your eligible family members, up to 6 free confidential counseling visits and a referral service to help you assess a variety of personal problems and suggest ways to resolve them. You can access MAP by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, free of charge.

  This benefit is designed to help replace lost wages and/or may extend LINECO eligibility, when you are totally disabled and unable to work. This benefit is available to eligible members only (it is not available for REA/Utility employees, retirees, or dependents).
